If the pilgrims have completed the wuquf (standing) in Muzdalifah and performed Maghrib and Isha prayers there, they are allowed to leave Muzdalifah before Fajr and proceed to the Jamarat to stone the first devil.

The Maliki view is that the wuquf in Muzdalifah can be fulfilled by staying there for a certain period, performing the combined Maghrib and Isha prayers, and then leaving before Fajr to reach the Jamarat. This allows for easier movement and avoids congestion during the stoning ritual.

It is not possible to perform Hajj today by strictly abiding by one school of thought nowadays with ~2.5 million pilgrims. All 4 schools of thoughts are used for Hajj.
