Do you have to go through immigration in Jeddah if your last leg of your International flight ends in Jeddah, but you transfer to a local flight to Madina?

“Location of Arrival” from the above instructions stated that,

“Less time is spent waiting in immigration in Madinah in comparison to Jeddah.”
