Salam,
I am going to perform Umrah from China (Shanghai-Riyadh) by China Eastern Airlines and Riyadh-Jeddah by Saudia SV. From where should I do my ihram? Can it be done at Riyadh or Jeddah airport?

In reply to Fatima Kure. You will have to do niyyah in the airplane before it crosses the meqaat boundary to your way to Jeddah, you will not need to change garments as ladies do not have special ihram garments unlike men. Their normal clothes are their ihram.

In reply to Mehtab khan. Yes, you can perform the Omra the same day. If you do Omra next day then you will have to remain in ihram garments overnight at your dwelling since you would have donned ihram garments & done niyah of ihram when flying from Dubai to Jeddah before passing over the miqaat & remain in ihram until you have completed Omra & cut your hair, the last condition to remove ihram garments.

I am planning on taking the bullet train from Jeddah to Mecca for Umrah. Should i wear the ihram on the train from Jeddah and then does the train pass by any of the designated Miqat locations to make my intention while on the train? or do i need to get a taxi from mecca back to the nearest Miqat to make my intention?

My flight from Dubai to Jeddah
It’s possible or not
Should I perform umrah same day or I can do it second day

Problem is that we will reach there approximately 5pm

MashAllah brother, I’m thinking to go on wizz air in Ramadan inshahAllah, I be on my own so it should be ok, the ticket I’m getting there is no luggage included only backpack, just wanted to check how was your experience with Wizz air for a long journey please?

And also from Bucharest was it a direct flight to Jeddah for you, or did you stop elsewhere as some fares are coming up with 2 stop overs London-Bucharest-Riyadh-Jeddah. in this scenario where does one should put ihram on at Bucharest or at Riyadh?

I am planning to travel to Mecca for Umrah from London but I intend to pass the night in a Hotel in Jedda before proceeding to perform Umrah the next day. Please where is the Meeqat point for me?
