I have performed Hajj in 2024. I suspect that I am obliged for Dumm as I was unsure that I was in proper area of musdalifa for night. As it was very crowded and pedestrian were not allowed to enter completely in Musdalifa. I could see that the sign board “Musdalifa starts from here” was few meter away from my night stay. I am not sure but I suspect the obligation of Dumm.
Is OK to give dumm if someone suspect but not sure about fulfilling all hajj requirements. Please advise.

I would like to know whether is it a violation to wear facemask with a fear of viral infections. If it is a violation, I already left from makkah. What is the ruling for this.

Jeddah is inside meeqat.
You have to wear ihram outside meeqat.

You cannot enter Mecca without ihram.
Dum is on you.
You have to leave Mecca, and wear your ihram from Taif (not masjid Aisha).
